State of Osun.
There is a change of Leadership at the Forum of Council Leaders in the State of Osun recently.
It was a peaceful transition in which the pragmatic Leader of Irewole Northeast LCDA, Wasinmi, Ikire, Hon. Ademola Owoade emerged as the Forum Chairman, Association of Leaders of Local Government Parliamentary Councils in the State.
The change In the leadership occurred on Thursday Oct. 3rd 2019 where by the previous leadership headed by Hon. Abiodun Ayantoye from Boripe LG was relieved by Hon. Ademola Owoade from Irewole North East LCDA based on good antecedents and moral standard.
The other principal officers are

Hon. Abiodun Durodola from Orolu LG. Secretary General
Hon. Badmus Jeleel, Osogbo LG: Treasurer.
Hon. Israel, Ayedire LG: PRO.
The new EXCO have mandate to harmonise the LG Executives and the Legislatives arms but not relegating and hesitating to implement the spirit and letters of the Guidelines as a working tools released for the practice of Parliamentary system by the State Assembly in Osun.
The new helmsman and his lieutenants are proposing a legislative retreats for the 389 parliamentarians at the local levels for much understanding towards the system regards separation of powers and abuse of powers in the System.
