APC PARTY CHAIRMEN ASTOUND AS THEY WERE PRESENTED CAR GIFTS
It was an ecstatic environment today at the Irewole/Irewole North East LCDA APC local exco meeting as the two local party chairmen were surprisingly presented with brand new cars by the chairman of Irewole local government, Prince Remi Abass and Honourable Adeboye Opeyemi, chairman Irewole North East LCDA Wasinmi.
The moment witnessed the presence of parliamentarians of the two councils with the council managers and staffs not left out.
Speaking during the presentation, Prince Remi Abass said the car gift was deemed fit for the chairmen as a sign of appreciation for their efforts in upholding the party APC to which they rode in to government and also aid their administrative duties for the party at large.
In his own words, Honourable Adeboye said the two chairmen deserved the honour of car gifts bestowed on them as they are the light which illuminate the party APC in Ikire and environs. "Our administration belongs to everybody and nobody and so we will leave no stone unturned in improving the welfare of our party leaders and members" he submitted.
Honourable Arimiyau Owoade, APC party chairman for Irewole local government in his appreciation said the kind gesture shown to him and Honourable Ismail Ogunleye, APC party chairman Irewole North East Wasinmi by the present administration was never envisaged but that with the surprised gift, they will stop at nothing to give the administration the needed support to propel Ikire township to a greater height.......
